The New Hampshire Trust Council once again exhibited at the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning in Orlando, Florida, from January 8-12, 2024, joined by Trust Council member Fiduciary Trust of New England in the neighboring booth. We shared with many of the over 3,000 attendees New Hampshire’s story as a world-class trust jurisdiction with a vibrant trust services industry. Many were surprised to learn that New Hampshire-chartered nondepository trust companies collectively administer over $1.3 trillion dollars in client assets.
